According to a first-hand video report, many Samsung mobile phone models have recently experienced black screen and large-scale restart problems, and users have lined up for repairs. One user said that after the repair, thousands of photos of his daughter were gone. Customer service said that it was caused by a logical error in the calculation of the leap April in the lunar calendar, and it could not guarantee that data would not be lost after the upgrade.
Samsung customer service said that at present it can only allow users to use their phones normally. As for whether the data inside can be retained, Samsung has not given a specific reply. After the update, the data in some machines will not be lost, but it cannot guarantee that all users' data will not be lost.
The day before yesterday, the official Weibo account of Samsung Galaxy mobile phone responded that it had received feedback from some users about system problems, and was actively investigating the causes and providing corresponding solutions as soon as possible, but Samsung has not yet given an official solution.
There are currently two solutions for the black screen and large-scale restart problem on Samsung devices. Solution 1:
1. Turn off automatic updates (turn off "Automatically download over Wi-Fi").
2.Back up your phone data.
3. When you restart, go to the desktop and change the time to May 1st.

1. Restart
2. Double-click the power button to open the camera
3. Open the camera settings in the upper left corner
4. Pull down the notification bar to enter the settings
5. Find the lock screen, click on it, and then click About lock screen. Update
6. Successfully resolved
