According to Science and Technology Daily, recently, Zhichi Huaxin (Wuxi) Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhichi Huaxin") and the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have jointly successfully launched a ventilator flow sensor, and it is expected to be mass-produced in a short time to achieve import substitution for European and American products.
At present, Zhichi Huaxin has completed the tape-out of the first batch of MEMS ultrasonic sensor chips and the development of circuits and algorithms.
Zhichi Huaxin was established in Wuxi High-tech Zone in 2018. It is a company focusing on the research and development and production of sensors in the fields of automotive autonomous driving, industrial Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, aerospace, etc. Its main products cover industrial millimeter-wave radars, oil/gasoline pressure sensors, ultrasonic sensors and other technical fields.
At the end of 2019, the "Tianqin-1" technical experimental satellite, the first technical verification satellite for my country's "Tianqin" gravitational wave detection, was successfully launched. According to the official news of Zhichi Huaxin at that time, Zhichi Huaxin's MEMS sensor was successfully used on the "Tianqin-1" satellite. The sensor broke through the barriers of foreign monopoly of high-end sensors and achieved a technological leap from the original 5% accuracy of mechanical sensors to the current 1% accuracy of MEMS sensors.
