On March 4, Redmi Note 9 Pro appeared on the GeekBench benchmark website.
The GeekBench website shows that the Redmi Note 9 Pro is equipped with 6GB of memory, a CPU clocked at 1.8GHz, runs Android 10, with a single-core score of 569 and a multi-core score of 1755.
Foreign media speculated that the processor used by Redmi Note 9 Pro may be Snapdragon 720G, which is a mid-range chip launched by Qualcomm this year.
It is reported that the Snapdragon 720G uses the Kryo 465 CPU, which consists of two Cortex A6 large cores + six Cortex A55 small cores, and the GPU is Adreno 618.
Qualcomm said that its CPU and GPU performance are 60% and 75% higher than the previous generation respectively. In addition, Snapdragon 720G also supports some functions of Snapdragon Elite gaming platform to enhance the gaming experience.
In other aspects, Redmi Note 9 Pro may support 22.5W flash charging, which is an improvement over the 18W fast charging of the previous generation Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro.
In addition, the Redmi Note 9 Pro has a rear quad-camera solution that looks like a heater, and the main lens may be 64 million pixels.
The phone will be officially unveiled in India on March 12.
