According to foreign media reports, many iPhone XR users' phones suddenly stopped working, and the impact was very wide-ranging.
Currently, Apple has confirmed that the iPhone XR cannot be used, but the incident happened suddenly and they are still investigating the situation.
It is reported that the iPhone XR cannot be used mainly on the UK operator O2 network. An Apple spokesperson said that the company has learned that some O2 customers' iPhone XR cannot be used, and we will fix it through software updates.
iPhone XR users of UK operator O2 are unable to make or receive calls, send or receive text messages, or connect to the internet via 4G. O2 declined to give a number of affected users, but said a reboot would temporarily resolve the issue.
So far, no users of other operators’ networks have reported this situation, and I don’t know if it will happen next.
