After further optimization and polishing, the protective film on the outside of the Galaxy Fold extends to the border of the screen, and the top and bottom of the hinge area are reinforced by newly added protective caps. These improvements in details make the Galaxy Fold a more mature folding screen mobile phone.
The main screen of Samsung Galaxy Fold uses a 7.3-inch folding screen, and the external display after folding uses a 4.6-inch Super AMOLED display. The body is made of 3D glass + metal hinge material. After unfolding, Samsung Galaxy Fold supports split-screen operation and can open three applications at the same time. In addition, it also has a six-camera combination shooting system.
In terms of performance configuration, the Samsung Galaxy Fold is equipped with a Snapdragon 855 processor, 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage space, and a battery capacity of 4380mAh. In other aspects, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also supports the artificial intelligence platform Bixby, wireless accelerated charging, wireless shared charging, AKG professional stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos and other functions.
Jeon Gui-hyun, president of Samsung Electronics Greater China, announced that the Samsung Galaxy Fold will be officially launched in China on November 8, priced at 15,999 yuan. It can be purchased through Samsung's online store, Samsung's official flagship stores such as JD.com, Tmall, and Suning, as well as Samsung's designated offline stores.
