Transsion Holdings said that according to the company's preliminary calculations, it is expected to achieve operating income of approximately RMB 10.452 billion to RMB 11.085 billion in the first half of 2019, a year-on-year increase of approximately 4.47% to 10.79%; it is expected to achieve a net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders of RMB 723 million to RMB 855 million, a year-on-year increase of approximately 981.93% to 1179.46%; it is expected to achieve a net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of RMB 570 million to RMB 702 million, a year-on-year increase of approximately 98.06% to 143.93%. The above financial data for the first half of 2019 are preliminary accounting data of the company, which have not been audited or reviewed by accountants and do not constitute profit forecasts.

In the first half of 2019, the company's operating conditions were good, and both operating income and net profit were expected to continue to grow. The main reason for the significant increase in net profit attributable to shareholders was the impact of non-recurring gains and losses.

After deducting the impact of the aforementioned non-recurring gains and losses, the company's net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring items in the first half of 2019 increased relatively less. The main reason for the increase was that the company continued to maintain strong profitability in the African market in the first half of 2019. At the same time, the Indian market gradually improved its operating conditions by reducing the impact of tariffs and optimizing product structure.
