According to Haining Dachao.com, the high-precision chip eutectic equipment newly developed by Zhejiang Xindia Automation Technology Co., Ltd. can achieve an accuracy of ±5 microns, reaching the world's leading level in 5G high-end equipment manufacturing, and becoming the first batch of domestically produced high-precision chip eutectic equipment that can be used in 5G fiber-optic communications.
The report pointed out that the high-precision chip eutectic equipment has realized the automation of the entire process from loading, precision platform calibration to heat sink and chip eutectic welding, and can be applied to 5G fiber-optic communications and high-precision key components production.
Zhong Rui, general manager of Sindia, said that for the laser transmitters in optical communication base stations, the accuracy of ±25 microns was sufficient for the previous 3G and 4G transmissions at low frequencies. However, the accuracy requirements for devices in 5G base stations are higher, and should be within ±10 microns. Sindia's equipment can reach ±5 microns, which is the indicator for Sindia to enter the 5G optical communication device manufacturing equipment.
It is reported that Zhejiang Xintia Automation Technology Co., Ltd. is a "young" enterprise established in July 2014. It has successfully developed a number of intelligent transformation programs and intelligent equipment, and has obtained more than 30 patents. In early 2017, Xintia started the research and development of the "high-precision chip eutectic equipment" project.
