Recently, Shenzhen Feixiang Technology Co., Ltd. issued a statement saying that multiple models of RF power amplifier products manufactured, promised to be sold and sold by Guangzhou Huizhi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. are suspected of infringing the company's invention patent No. ZL201110025537.X, and filed lawsuits with the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court and the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court respectively.

Feixiang said in a statement that the company was formerly the PA product department of National Technology Co., Ltd. established in 2010, and the team and technology are of the same origin. As one of the earliest domestic teams to start the research and development of 4G power amplifier technology, it applied for invention patent No. ZL201110025537.X as early as January 2011. The patent was authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office in February 2015. In September 2015, as Feixiang was separated from National Technology, it was transferred to Feixiang, and the patent is still valid.

Feixiang Company believes that Huizhiwei's "RF front-end reconfigurable technology" and "AgiPAM" are suspected of infringing Feixiang's invention patent No. 537, and Huizhiwei's products S5643 and S2916 are suspected of infringing Feixiang's invention patent No. 537.

Huizhi Microelectronics was established in November 2011 and started operations in early 2012. It is the world's first chip company to develop and mass-produce reconfigurable multi-frequency and multi-mode RF front-end technology. The company began industrializing and mass-producing chips in 2015 and has established close cooperation with industry-leading companies such as Spreadtrum and ZTE.

According to its official website, Huizhi Microelectronics has developed AgiPAM technology based on reconfigurable design with independent intellectual property rights, combined with the use of new RF-SOI technology, to creatively develop disruptive reconfigurable technology in RF devices. Its reconfigurable technology combines high-performance RF hardware with flexible configurable software to complete the design of multi-band, multi-mode RF front-ends. Compared with the current solution of multiple groups of GaAs power devices, AgiPAM technology can reuse the same group of devices in multiple frequency bands and multiple modes, making the power amplifier products based on this technology small in size, support multiple frequency bands, and low cost.

At present, Huizhi Microelectronics has not made an official response.
