Today, OnePlus founder Liu Zuohu talked about the horizontal linear motor of the new OnePlus 7 on Weibo. He said, "Regarding vibration, you have been asking about linear motors. This time, we customized a horizontal linear motor with the largest size and the most powerful performance in Android phones on the OnePlus 7 Pro. We call it the Haptic vibration motor."
Liu Zuohu emphasized that it has a vibration volume increase of more than 200%. At the same time, compared with the "second-level" response speed of traditional motors, the Haptic vibration motor of the 7 Pro has achieved a touch feedback with a millisecond delay, which will make the OnePlus 7 Pro full of muscularity in an instant.
Regarding the user experience, Liu Zuohu said that in addition, in the new Hydrogen OS system, we have made in-depth vibration optimization for all scenarios, covering everything from ringtones, keyboard typing to large-scale games. Many colleagues have therefore turned on the vibration function of their phones again, because they have never felt such a real phone vibration.
Combined with the existing leaks, the dimensions of OnePlus 7 Pro are 162.6 x 76 x 8.8 mm and weighs 210g. In terms of appearance, OnePlus 7 Pro is equipped with a 6.67-inch QHD+ resolution curved panel (516 PPI), Fluid AMOLED Display, which can automatically switch between 1080P and 2K according to the display content, with a basic refresh rate of 60Hz and a maximum refresh rate of 90Hz, and supports HDR 10 and HDR 10+ video formats.
In terms of core configuration, the OnePlus 7 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 855 processor and a rear triple-camera setup - a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 (f/1.6, OIS, 7P) + a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens + an 8-megapixel telephoto lens (3x optical zoom), supporting 4K 60FPS video recording; on the front, the OnePlus 7 Pro uses a pop-up design, and the CMOS is a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471.
In other aspects, the OnePlus 7 Pro has a built-in 4000mAh battery and supports 30W Warp fast charging technology. The OnePlus 7 Pro does not support wireless charging and IP-certified waterproof features.
