Qiurongrushi_PFsre's Weibo post roughly means that IDC's market report on global smartphones in the first quarter of 2019 not only shows inaccurate data for Xiaomi, but also for Apple.

This report from IDC exposes many problems with its research, and its authenticity and reliability remain to be discussed.
