Dongtu Technology releases the first TSN chip-based time-sensitive network overall solution in China
Following the recent release of the first TSN chip designed independently by Dongtu Technology, Dongtu Technology officially released a comprehensive solution based on TSN time-sensitive network . In addition to the released TSN Ethernet chip KD6530, the solution also includes a series of time-sensitive network switches, time-sensitive network terminals, time-sensitive network clock sources, time-sensitive network controllers built on the above chips, as well as detailed solutions for time-sensitive network technology in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, rail transportation, and smart grids.

•Applicable to industrial automation, automotive internal network, rail transit, power and other industries industrial time-sensitive network switches

Time-Sensitive Network Terminal
• KD6530 TSN Ethernet switch based SOC capability to realize core board module
• Leverage SOC built-in functional safety dual-core CPU and rich external management interfaces to achieve embedded controller application support
Time-Sensitive Network Clock Source Solution
•Can be used as a TSN network clock source solution, and can also be used as a user terminal access solution; supports Linux operating system and Intewell operating system drivers
•Support master clock mode (BC) and slave clock mode (OC) access
Time-Sensitive Network Controller (CNC)
• Conducted in-depth research and development in the direction of time-sensitive network control, supported CNC submodules on the original network management KyView platform, and is a comprehensive network management platform for next-generation networks.
Application of TSN in Smart Manufacturing
• Taking TSN network as the core of industrial network interconnection, it ensures the real-time, efficient, stable and secure transmission of time-sensitive data. It connects the existing traditional industrial Ethernet production lines, the Internet of Things responsible for collecting massive industrial data, and new industrial applications that require high quality, and carries various types of control and operation maintenance.

Application of TSN in rail transportation industry
•TSN technology will help train communication networks provide robustness, provide mixed critical data flow transmission capabilities when facing different user domain networks, and achieve SIL4 level safety data communication capabilities without independent parallel backup lines
Application of TSN in Smart Grid
• In view of the extremely high requirements of the power industry for the determinism, real-time and reliability of communication, IEEE lists power as one of the six most important application areas of TSN technology.
