A report claims that Apple is still on track to launch the first batch of M3 model Apple Silicon Mac computers by the end of 2023, which is believed to be launched in October. Apple typically launches new Macs in the fall as part of a refresh of its entire product catalog, and 2023 will likely do the same. This fall, models launching in October may include Macs and MacBooks using M3 chips.
Mark Gurman wrote in Bloomberg's "Power On" newsletter that the October Mac product launch may be held as scheduled. This fall’s product lineup is expected to include the M3 iMac, a 13-inch MacBook Air equipped with an M3 chip, and an M3 version of the 13-inch MacBook Pro.
Although the list includes MacBook Air updates, this change will most likely not affect the just-released 15-inch MacBook Air. Gurman said in June that the M3 version of MacBook Air will be available in 2024.
Although Apple has held autumn Mac release events in previous years, there are exceptions in some years. Since this update is a version with upgraded specifications rather than a version that introduces a new design, Apple may release the new machine in the form of a press release instead of holding a full event. press conference.
Gurman previously insisted that the M3 chip would be launched as early as the end of 2023. Looking ahead, he reiterated the possibility of a larger-screen iMac being in development, with a 30-inch model potentially debuting in 2024.
