The temperature of each room can be controlled above the temperature set by the main thermostat. The refrigerant system is independent, just like the split unit, and can be turned on in a room separately, but the temperature difference between the indoor areas is large, which makes the central air conditioner meaningless. The circuit part has a common point; if there is a fault such as the external fan, the temperature probe of the external unit, the pressure protection or the partial short circuit of the electrical appliance, the whole machine will not be able to operate. The design and installation are similar to the split unit, which is extremely simple.
(2) Fixed frequency and variable frequency one-to-many
There are 1-2 variable frequency compressors or an additional fixed frequency compressor, which has a lot of radio frequency interference in the circuit, which has an impact on the human body and computer. The introduction of fresh air from the inspection hole, the ceiling and condensation water, and the use method and effect are the same as those of the multi-split unit; the branch of the fluorine pipe requires a reasonable design; the upper and lower floors share one machine, and the pipeline requirements are higher; it is easier to have a poor effect of the terminal indoor unit when it is fully opened.
☆ Hot and cold water machine
Fixed frequency hot and cold water machine or variable frequency hot and cold water machine The reduction of large central air conditioner, the condenser is changed from water cooling to air cooling; the hot and cold water is sent to the fan coil by water pump. The introduction of fresh air, inspection hole, ceiling condensate discharge, and noise indicators are the same as those of multi-split units. However, hot and cold water pipes are added; due to the large temperature difference, the sealing problem is prominent, and water leakage will cause great damage to the decoration. In addition, the evaporator of large central air conditioner is regularly cleaned and pickled; there is no good solution for household hot and cold water machine, and the efficiency of hot and cold exchanger will be greatly reduced in long-term use. If it can be combined with the central water treatment system, the above difficulties can be overcome.
