Kailes Technology officially participates in the Veken Cup OFweek 2023 China Robotics Industry Annual System Integration Demonstration Application Award
Award: Veken Cup OFweek 2023 China Robotics Industry Annual System Integration Demonstration Application Award
Participating companies: Zhejiang Kailesi Technology Group Co., Ltd.
Company Introduction:
Kailes Technology Group was founded by Mr. Chunguang Gu, a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. It is a national-level "specialized, precise and innovative" high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and production of intelligent logistics robot products and deeply engaged in the application of smart logistics scenarios.
The intelligent robots independently developed by Kailes have fully covered the three major logistics scenarios of storage, handling and sorting, and have a full range of products including intelligent shuttle vehicles, AMR autonomous mobile robots, 3D vision palletizing robots, and intelligent sorting machines. In the field of AMR autonomous mobile robots, Kailes has created a variety of AMR products covering warehousing logistics and production line logistics based on its independently developed SLAM hybrid navigation technology and intelligent robot scheduling system (RCS), integrating the deep learning algorithm studied by the Kailes Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, and has become an industry leader. In addition, Kailes has made in-depth layouts in emerging industries such as new energy and semiconductors, and has successively developed a full range of logistics robot products for the lithium battery industry, as well as high-end intelligent equipment such as overhead rail robots (OHT) and semiconductor equipment front-end modules (EFEM) in the semiconductor industry.
Application Introduction:
FAW Jiefang Parts Intelligent Logistics Center
As the global leader in sales of medium and heavy truck brands, FAW Jiefang actively seizes market opportunities and accurately understands the trends in the heavy truck industry. In order to meet the growing market demand, FAW Jiefang Smart Logistics has joined hands with Kaileshi to build an intelligent parts logistics center that integrates warehousing, storage and retrieval, sorting, and delivery, so as to achieve more efficient production and manufacturing capabilities for enterprises. The project covers an area of 34,832 square meters. The warehouse area in the logistics center is rationally planned and has clear functions. It can be divided into a shelf buffer area, a shelf conveyor line, a three-dimensional warehouse storage area, a multi-pass warehouse, and a shelf conveyor line. The warehouse uses a variety of automated logistics systems and equipment such as multi-layer shuttles, AGV carts, and "goods to person" picking for operations. The entire multi-pass warehouse has high efficiency, and the warehousing capacity can reach 2,000 boxes/hour; the composite operation efficiency of a single pallet stacker exceeds 45 pallets/hour, which fully meets the storage and retrieval efficiency requirements of FAW Jiefang's internal logistics.
Break through the bottleneck and meet the storage and retrieval needs of enterprises. The entire warehouse area can store about 11,000 pallet cargo spaces and about 31,000 material box cargo spaces, which can 100% meet the storage and retrieval needs of factory logistics.
Flexible design, easy to cope with storage challenges, standardized and modular hardware design, shuttle vehicles back up each other to ensure real-time normal operation of the system
·Highly flexible, effectively solving the needs of increase and decrease. The overall system design can be added, deleted, modified and other functions in enterprise management according to business needs, which can adapt to the needs of enterprise development in the long term.
Lean management, breaking through the isolated logistics islands within the factory, and the support of CMMI5 software certification create a unified data source and caliber for the enterprise, realize the information management of production process data, break through the logistics system within the factory, and provide real and effective data support for enterprise production scheduling.
With the commissioning of the parts intelligent logistics center, the space utilization rate and warehousing operation efficiency in the warehouse have been greatly improved; the damage rate of parts packaging has been reduced; the errors in goods entering and leaving the warehouse have been reduced; and the level of integrated warehouse logistics has been further improved. It has accelerated the transformation and upgrading of the company's smart logistics, and has become one of FAW Jiefang's smart logistics benchmark projects, helping FAW Jiefang to stride forward towards its "world-class" strategic goal!
