Product Introduction:
Application Case of Intelligent Logistics in Monocrystalline Silicon Production in Photovoltaic Industry
This project is the first monocrystalline silicon production automation project for the user company. Guozi Robotics provides users with intelligent logistics solutions for monocrystalline silicon production with more than ten A-series lurking jacking AGVs of different specifications as the core. The AGV is connected with the automatic feeder at the front end and the furnace control system at the back end to complete the automatic material preparation, initial investment, and reinvestment tasks, helping users achieve the goal of automating the production process and producing 5GW of monocrystalline silicon annually.
The Guozi A series of latent lifting AGVs have a unique load-bearing design and are not afraid of uneven loading. Objects as high as 2.8 meters can also be transported smoothly, ensuring that they will not tip over during the transportation process in single-crystal projects.
At the same time, the AGV is equipped with a complete three-dimensional obstacle avoidance mechanism and a professional visual camera. The recognition range in the height direction can reach 50mm-2800mm. It can accurately identify and remove obstacles that cannot be identified by laser, such as vacuum pipes, furnace cantilevers, suspended crystal rods, etc., thereby ensuring the safe transportation of quartz barrels.

Zhejiang Guozi Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. has established a complete mobile robot technology system with technological innovation as its core, forming a product system with intelligent logistics and intelligent inspection as its core, which is widely used in important industries such as logistics, electricity, petroleum and petrochemicals, and railways. Guozi's intelligent logistics series robots currently cover logistics scenarios such as storage, distribution, and picking, and have applied for more than 1,000 patents. They are accurate, efficient, intelligent, and reliable, helping the rapid development of intelligent logistics.
Reasons for participation:
This project is an automation upgrade and transformation project for the original workshop. AGV is not only a tool for automatic transportation, but also a medium for information transmission, which realizes the integrity of information flow in the production process. At the same time, as the user's first single crystal automation project, Guozi helps users effectively release manpower, ensure safety, and improve production capacity, providing a reference for the planning of subsequent related automation projects.
The project saved a total of approximately 9 silicon material delivery workers (3 shifts); the use of an intelligent system covered the original manual operations, avoided manual operation errors, reduced production risks, and ensured zero errors in order delivery, ensuring the timeliness and stability of on-site production.
