A sealed chamber is set at the base plug to seal the connection medium at the plug, and the motor IP65 connector is combined to achieve overall electrical protection. There are no electrical devices at the front end of the wrist, which adapts to the high temperature characteristics of the local working area in industries such as die casting. The high rigidity design of the whole machine and the inelastic belt structure achieve long-term absolute accuracy retention. The wrist structure design with universal RV reducer and input shaft support replaces the special RV reducer to reduce costs, and the large-span bearing arrangement is used to increase rigidity and reduce vibration. The controller has soft floating and collision detection functions to achieve displacement concession and collision protection during operation to avoid overload of the robot arm.
