Battle to Fame - Hashida Quick Change Plate
Seven types of Hashida quick-change plates were exhibited this time: 10/20/20S/40/60/120S/280, which support electric modules, pneumatic modules, fluid modules, power modules, servo modules, and bus modules. They are mainly used in grinding and handling, ultrasonic waves, welding, tightening and other scenarios. ECS automatic combination board supports gas, electricity and liquid connection, which is fast and efficient. QCM has strong current carrying capacity, fast signal transmission and good insulation performance. MPC has a lifespan of millions of times, high protection level and supports waterproof function. Rising Star - Grasping System
As an important part of the end tool, the gripping system is a rising star in the product layout of Qiaotian. The pneumatic gripper has 2 fingers for translation and 3 fingers for centering, and a lifespan of 30 million times, which can provide guarantee for your product gripping process. The electromagnetic gripper can adsorb plates, V-shaped gripper can handle round tubes, and it has power-off protection and no need for clamps, providing a flexible solution for the handling of ferrous metals.
