To become a high-level electronic engineer, in addition to programming and PCB drawing, books on circuit design or other must-read books, please recommend them. Thank you

Either you delve deeply into a certain field, such as power supply design, motor drive, etc. Or you cover a wide range of fields, such as ARM, FPGA and corresponding programming.   Details Published on 2024-5-25 20:48

According to my understanding, my humble opinion is: Those engineers who earn hundreds of thousands of dollars a month are too busy to have time to write books, so the only way is to get more hands-on experience.

The scope of electronics is very broad, including medical, high frequency, audio-visual, communication, optoelectronics, computer, semiconductor, and FPGA.

Coding is divided into C, C++, C#, python, VB..

The system is divided into different platforms. Windows, Linux, MAC..

It depends on which direction you want to go. There are so many options that it's hard to recommend...

It depends on your interest. Don't think about learning it all. That is impossible.

After leaving school, people tend to be lazy, and starting from scratch is not necessarily a good method. If you are sure what is most helpful and you are interested in it, then just learn it first. In the process of learning, you will realize what else should be strengthened.

Of course, you still have to determine in which areas you can move faster than others.

The Internet is so convenient nowadays that you can take shortcuts to learn a lot of knowledge. You don’t have to start from scratch. Learning to stand on the shoulders of giants is the shortcut to success. Of course, remember to be grateful.

Nowadays, many companies spend a lot of resources to make videos. It is very helpful to read them carefully. For example, a vice president of Cypress made a series introducing PSOC, but after Infineon took it over, it seems to have been shut down.

STM has also done a lot.

There are many sub-fields in electronics. You need to dig deep into a certain field in a targeted way. It depends on your interests and actual work platform. If you are doing hardware, you need to learn analog electronics and digital electronics well, followed by C language.

You have to practice while reading. If you want to learn C, I recommend a book about C: C Primer Plus 6th Edition

School education in our country emphasizes theory over practice, and there is a serious disconnect between theory and practice. This is the case for most people.

My suggestion is to focus on one breakthrough.

According to the problems encountered in your work, take one of them as the focus, read more, learn more and practice more repeatedly. The knowledge learned in school is not enough to solve the problems at work. For example, if there is a problem with components, find the information of the component you use in your work to learn about it, take more notes and practice more. After a period of hard practice, when each knowledge point takes root in your mind and you remember it, you will feel that you have improved.

When looking up information, don't read the entire book, just read the parts that are relevant to your question.
