Within the spacing of more than 10 mm of the coating die head, a micro servo electric cylinder can be configured for each adjustment slider, and up to 120 adjustment sliders can be precisely controlled in real time and synchronously, realizing fully automatic adjustment, solving the problem of difficult manual adjustment, improving the A-grade rate of batteries, and greatly increasing production capacity.
The intelligent closed-loop coating die head equipped with a micro-servo electric cylinder realizes real-time deviation correction and real-time control. The precise control of coating amount makes the coating more uniform and avoids the traditional shutdown and rework, making production efficiency higher and capacity greatly improved.
Smart closed-loop coating dies quickly became popular in the new energy market in 2023.
