Xingyuanzhe provides a mixed-code order picking solution for integrator Chinoh.Ai. Xingyuanzhe's disordered mixed-code algorithm can calculate the optimal mixed-code placement position in real time according to the current order pallet type, making the picking of mixed-code pallet orders more efficient and flexible.

The four-way shuttle vertical warehouse and mixed-code pallet order picking solution uses a four-way shuttle vehicle RGV to transport goods for "upward storage", and the AGV transports the cargo pallet from the AS/RS to the Xingyuanzhe picking robot's depalletizing position for "downward picking", and then transports it back to the first floor of the vertical warehouse. Xingyuanzhe's disordered mixed-code robot provides an efficient outbound picking solution through registration-free visual recognition, high-load pallet type planning and flexible deep learning algorithms, greatly improving the storage capacity and picking efficiency of the storage center.

At the same time, after each grabbing action, a second photo is taken to determine whether the remaining boxes are misplaced due to adhesion, so as to update the stacking shape in time to avoid boxes falling or being pressed during placement.

From the perspective of efficiency, on the one hand, Xingyuanzhe's stacking planning algorithm adopts the best possible placement algorithm to achieve compact and stable stacking. Order pallets are loaded efficiently, greatly reducing the number of AGV round trips and reducing transportation costs.

On the other hand, compared with the traditional mixed palletizing solution, Xingyuanzhe's disordered mixed-code algorithm solution has no requirements for the order of incoming materials, which can maximize the use of stacking space and reduce the pressure of early warehouse planning, thereby improving the throughput efficiency of the vertical warehouse. In conjunction with AGV/conveyor lines, it can greatly improve the automation level of the entire warehouse outbound and optimize delivery efficiency.
