The OFweek Robot Awards 2023, the annual selection of China's robot industry, will enter the online voting stage from February 20 to March 20, 2024, and the award ceremony will be held in Shenzhen on April 18. Technical introduction:
In September 2023, the national standard GB/T 43199-2023 "Robot Multi-dimensional Force/Torque Sensor Detection Specification" formulated by Kunwei (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. as the main drafting unit was approved and released, and will be implemented on April 1, 2024. The standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Robot Standardization.

Changzhou Kunwei Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to providing high-precision force sensors (six-dimensional force sensors) and force control solutions. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and technology promotion of intelligent force sensors, developing force sensor products for robots and other intelligent equipment industries, and providing force measurement solutions and related products for robots and other intelligent equipment, industrial process monitoring, product quality inspection, scientific research test measurement and other fields.
Reasons for participation:
In recent years, Kunwei Technology has been deeply engaged in the development of six-dimensional force sensor hardware products and has gained recognition from the industry and customers. This is also the confidence that Kunwei Technology is in the first echelon of the industry.
From a capital perspective, Kunwei Technology completed a RMB 65 million A+ round of financing in June this year. The investors were Fanguang Capital, Yida Capital, Morningside Venture Capital and No. 6 Zan Road. As of now, Kunwei Technology has completed five rounds of financing in five years.
From the product perspective, Kunwei Technology's KWR75 series of six-axis force sensors have a range of 30N-800N, which can basically cover the application scenarios of collaborative robots and small-load six-axis industrial robots , including drag teaching, automated testing, medical testing, safety protection, automotive testing, 3C testing, cutting and grinding, aerospace and other fields. It is one of Kunwei Technology's earliest mass-produced series.
In addition, in order to improve the practicality of six-dimensional force sensors and broaden the application scenarios of six-dimensional force sensors, Kunwei Technology spent three years to create the explosion-proof capability of the KWR75 series six-dimensional force sensors. This is also the first six-dimensional force sensor in China to pass explosion-proof certification.
