The OFweek Robot Awards 2023, the annual selection of China's robot industry, will enter the online voting stage from February 20 to March 20, 2024, and the award ceremony will be held in Shenzhen on April 18. Product Introduction:
The Oka composite robot (AGV+ robotic arm ) adopts a dual-steering wheel drive mode, which optimizes the turning radius of the composite robot and makes it smoother when moving horizontally. Customers do not need to change the original machine tool layout. In narrow aisles, the dual-steering wheel design and the precise navigation of the Kollmorgen system can also avoid the risk of collision. The global planning and path simulation functions of the Oka AGV dispatching control system can be used in such situations. With the support of the dispatching system, vehicle congestion can be reduced through technical means.

3. Accuracy
CNC loading and unloading requires an accuracy of ±0.5mm, which not only requires the vision carried by the robotic arm to correct the deviation, but also places extremely high demands on the positioning accuracy and angle of the AGV vehicle. Using reflective plates for secondary positioning, the Oka Robotics finally stabilized the AGV to an accuracy of ±5mm
4. Security
The working conditions in the CNC operation area are relatively complex, and the safety of personnel, vehicles and equipment must be considered at the same time. By installing multiple protective devices such as safety lasers, anti-collision strips and photoelectric detection on the vehicle body, the environmental safety can be further improved.
5. Improve efficiency
The composite robot CNC loading and unloading workstation can achieve high-precision positioning, fast clamping and handling, accelerate the operation rhythm, and improve the efficiency of machine tools. The composite robot can also achieve fatigue-free continuous operation, reduce the idle rate of machine tools, increase factory production capacity, and achieve 7X24h production.
6. Automation

7. Rapid Deployment
