03 Roadshow Project Information 01. Restoring and analyzing human motion through multimodal sensing shoes

Our company uses self-made high-density, low-cost tactile arrays to design shoes that can accurately capture pressure changes. Combined with the self-developed multimodal model, it can accurately infer the whole body movement of the human body. In the field, users no longer need to wear numerous sensors and are no longer restricted by venues. In the field of sports, combined with the self-adjusted large model, it can provide personalized training suggestions for sports enthusiasts, making expensive personal sports coaches popular.

02. Youtu Technology Production Line Design Software

The project integrates the planning, development, and implementation functions of intelligent production lines. It has the characteristics of open source templates, integrated hardware and software intelligence, and compatibility with all mainstream products on the market (based on self-developed program translation and invention patent technology). Factory technicians can also complete the automated production line transformation within 15 minutes by reusing templates, helping companies save at least 60% of automation investment costs and solving the problem of being unable to invest in automation for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.

03. New generation of high-frequency, high-speed, high-thermal conductivity copper clad laminate (CCL) process innovation and industrialization

The project uses nano-ceramic materials to replace traditional ordinary ceramic fillers, adopts a water dispersion system, and a one-time calendering molding process (the world's first). Since water is used as a dispersant, the pollution to the environment caused by organic solvents such as toluene, which are currently used in large quantities in the process, is reduced. The project's yield rate has increased by more than 20%, and the cost has decreased by more than 30%. Key indicators such as dielectric constant, dielectric loss, and thermal conductivity are all better than similar products of the industry leader. It can be widely used in radar systems, satellite broadband, and medium.

04. Robot integration

Based on the experience of multiple overseas robot projects, our team has developed a set of integrated robot operating systems. The system covers the system, lower-level real-time system and servo control, and can support low-code development of different types of robots. Through the analysis and collation of various functional requirements of robots, the system divides the robot functions into three modules: motion, perception, and decision-making, and optimizes the system architecture for each module, achieving stable and efficient robot operation.

05. Multi-scenario storage R&D, manufacturing and industrialization

High-strength, ultra-durable micro solid-state drive storage (BGA-S Micro-SSD or Embedded-SSD) is shockproof, waterproof, and anti-static, and is suitable for public transportation vehicle dynamic monitoring systems, image recognition and recording systems, road detection systems, and intelligent assisted driving systems. It has the ability to withstand high temperatures, high humidity, and impacts, and is suitable for use in harsh environments such as Industry 4.0, radar systems, and micro-integrated designs, providing higher data security, and the ability to quickly destroy data to avoid data leakage and other problems.

The production technology of this product belongs to the advanced and special packaging and testing technology, which is used to package BGA-SSD chips. BGA-SSD chips are integrated circuit chips used to store data in solid-state drives. This packaging and testing technology can protect the chip from the influence of the external environment and improve the reliability and stability of the chip.

06. Intelligent psychological monitoring platform based on AI technology

With the "end + cloud" mode as the final form of the product, the overall strategic planning of EDA system tools creates a new "end" + "cloud" system, and redefines the EDA working method in local and cloud modes through system-level end-side tools and cloud-side data ecology based on big data. The product form of electronic automation design tools end + cloud and data ecological chain is completed through the EDA cloud platform, and an industrial software tool chain from design to production to suppliers is established.

08.5G time synchronization application solution based on PTP and SyncE protocols

As the scope and scale of distributed applications continue to expand, high-precision time synchronization technology is becoming increasingly important. The United States' containment and sanctions on China's semiconductor technology have led to a serious shortage of key domestic components. Based on the industry background, we have developed a domestic multifunctional PTP precision clock synchronization technology. This solution uses purely domestic chips and self-developed IP soft cores to effectively solve the bottleneck technology in PTP precision time synchronization.

09. Dual-arm humanoid collaborative industrial robot based on vision and voice system

① Equipped with a voice system: It can directly convert voice into commands, allowing people to interact directly with the robot, reducing dependence on complex control interfaces or programming, lowering the usage threshold, and improving the convenience and efficiency of operation.

② Equipped with a visual system: Through visual feedback, the robot can perceive and understand the environment and achieve adaptive operation and decision-making. It can also reduce dependence on pre-programming, allowing the robot to adapt to different tasks and environments more flexibly.

10. NPOINT surgical robot

Initiated by two graduate students from Tsinghua University, the PINPOINT surgical navigation system currently developed by the company uses the accurate, safe and rapid puncture of small lung nodules as the entry point to achieve early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, thereby improving the survival rate of patients.

11.Automobile intelligent suspension solution

Product performance: China's first self-developed and self-produced magnetorheological suspension commercial solution, taking into account both controllability and comfort, and comprehensively innovating user experience;

12. Self-propelled tilt-rotor drone

The Flagship intelligent self-driving tilt-rotor UAV is a new type of two-in-one UAV that integrates fixed-wing and multi-axis helicopters. The principle of the rotor tilt is similar to that of the V-22 Osprey, but it uses four rotors and controls the rotor tilt by changing the rotor speed. Compared with the V-22, it has a simpler structure and can achieve a lower failure rate and lower cost.
