"ZhiKu Intelligence" received tens of millions of yuan in Series A financing, focusing on the pallet storage robot track

Recently, Jiangsu Zhiku Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhiku Intelligent) has completed a round A financing of tens of millions of yuan, jointly invested by Jinsha Capital under Shagang Investment Company and Shazhou Science and Technology Innovation Fund under Zhangjiagang Innovation Investment Group. This round of financing will be used for product research and development investment, market expansion and team expansion to further improve product penetration and market share.

Zhiku Intelligence was founded in 2017, focusing on the pallet warehousing robot segment, providing "pallet-to-person" intelligent warehousing solutions to global customers. Since 2019, Zhiku Intelligence has launched its core product "ZK-R series four-way shuttle", and expanded its production and manufacturing base in 2021, entering the mass production stage of four-way shuttles.

Focusing on this core product, Zhiku Intelligence has launched the Shuttle® Pallet Efficient Storage System, which is equipped with a variety of hardware equipment such as self-developed and self-produced high-speed elevators and flexible conveyor lines, and is coupled with software systems such as IWMS, IWCS, and RMS to meet customers' needs for efficient and intensive storage.

Zhiku Intelligence has launched a new pallet four-way vehicle with maintenance-free features, mainly due to two aspects: first, it adopts the "RFID+photoelectric" fusion positioning method, which solves the problem of frequent maintenance of traditional QR code and barcode positioning methods; second, the vehicle adopts full gearbox mechanical transmission technology instead of traditional hydraulic drive reversing and jacking technology. Compared with chain drive walking, this method has the advantages of easy maintenance and low cost, and the body is thinner and saves more storage space.

In addition, Zhiku Intelligence adopts a highly matched design form of intelligent warehousing software and hardware equipment, defines hardware based on software requirements, designs software based on hardware features, and focuses on the compatibility and stability of multi-vehicle cluster scheduling capabilities and overall solutions. So far, Zhiku Intelligence has implemented more than 400 projects in more than ten industries such as electricity, food, cold chain, new energy, third-party logistics, precision manufacturing, and medicine, and its business covers more than 20 provinces and municipalities including Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Sichuan, and Ningxia.
