Product upgrades and iterations often start with discovering market pain points.


In more than ten years since its establishment, Ajiwe has grown from a small startup company into a diversified high-tech enterprise with mobile robot business as its main business, covering unmanned driving, artificial intelligence, digital twins, industrial Internet of Things, etc., and has implemented more than 500 smart logistics projects.

“It is not realistic to completely replace humans in the express logistics industry.” The person in charge of the warehousing department of a leading express delivery company in South China said that due to standardization and differences between peak and off-peak seasons, human participation is necessary in the production process.


Therefore, compared with fully automatic logistics with high costs, long delivery cycles and complex maintenance, the semi-automatic mode is more suitable for companies with "human-machine coexistence" needs.

The "Little Qianjin" series of AGVs, which are ready for use, is an important attempt made by AGV.


"Xiao Qianjin" means "I will carry the heavy burden". This vehicle uses laser slam navigation and is equipped with 3D stereoscopic vision obstacle avoidance. The small crane is suitable for handling and traction needs in multiple scenarios, and can flexibly switch between AGV mode and manual mode . When faced with other complex forking actions such as the mixing of multiple types of pallets, irregular shapes of goods, inconsistent placement and handling rhythm, and a "surge" in the number of incoming goods, the manual mode of the small crane can be used, and the AGV mode can be switched when the materials are transferred. When the company's pallets, materials, and placement positions are standardized, the use of the AGV mode can reduce the intensity of manual work, collect real-time logistics data information, and improve the level of intelligence.

The Xiao Qianjin is equipped with a self-developed laser mirrorless SLAM navigation algorithm, with a positioning accuracy of ±5mm and a navigation accuracy of ±10mm, which can meet most high-precision operation requirements. At the same time, the Xiao Qianjin can independently plan the path, perceive the operating environment in real time, and change the route and operating rhythm in time; it is equipped with 3D stereoscopic vision obstacle avoidance, laser obstacle avoidance and safety touch edge at the bottom, and ultrasonic sensors on the side, which can automatically bypass obstacles.

Xiaoqianjin operating system is compatible with multiple terminals such as mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. It has a simple functional interface and fool-proof operation logic, and supports full-staff operation. After purchasing the product, you can start operating it without modification and quickly integrate it into the production process.

More importantly, the small AGV has achieved "stock-based" production . Its compact structure, high degree of integration, mature structural design and large-scale core component stocking make the small AGV production cycle fast, highly integrated functions and systems, and greatly shorten the delivery time. At the same time, the simplicity makes the small AGV very cost-effective and has a good return on investment.


Relying on many high-tech capabilities, the "Little Thousand Jin" AGV can be applied to multi-scenario handling requirements, such as material distribution from the preparation warehouse to the production line, semi-finished product transfer between production lines, finished product entry and exit, and outdoor long-distance material transfer scenarios.

In response to the "pain points" of the textile industry mentioned earlier, Ajiwe proposed a solution that runs through the textile industry chain: "cost-effective mobile robots integrated with AIDT digital twin technology."


For example, in a glass fiber production enterprise in North China, the warp beams used are large in size and heavy in weight. When the full warp beams are placed on the loom, the docking accuracy requirement is very high, and the accuracy must reach the requirement of ±2mm. In addition, the warp beams and the grey cloth shafts on the A-frame share the same AGV model, but the picking strokes are inconsistent, and the AGV picking forks need to be adjustable stroke forks.


Ajiwe Robotics uses multiple customized warp beam handling AGVs and small-lift AGVs, and through the AGVS multi-vehicle scheduling system, it plans the optimal handling route in real time to complete logistics automation between multiple workshops.


A smart high-end electrical appliance company has a fast production pace and a narrow space. The distribution materials are numerous and in different shapes. The AGV needs to pull a 7-meter-long material cart to operate. In addition, there are many high-dynamic and fully blocked scenes in the workshop, and there is very little effective laser data.
