1. After enabling, the SF light is on and there is no valve output. Replace the valve head.

After "enable", US2 is powered on, SF light is on, and there is no output through the control valve. The valve action proves that it is not just one valve that is damaged. The fault is solved by replacing the valve head.

2. After enabling, input is completely empty

When the robot is not enabled with US2, the input module of the valve guide has no fault and displays normally. After enabling, the input points of the input module are all without power, which is equivalent to disconnecting US1 from the input module. Replace the valve head EX245 module.

3. After enabling, the first signal of the output valve group is automatically input, and the SF light is on.

When the robot is not under control, there is electricity flowing through the valve, and the other valves cannot be controlled, and the valves do not move.
