Agitek case sharing - Metrology and testing demonstration case of automotive electronic modules [Copy link]

At the beginning of December 2018 , a customer consulted Agitek Technology. The customer needed to select an oscilloscope and arbitrary waveform generator for the measurement and testing of automotive electronic modules , but the customer did not know how to choose. After understanding the customer's detailed needs and specific applications, the technology selected Puyuan's products for the customer and provided the customer with an on-site demonstration.

  • Instruments used:

Puyuan DG5072 , Puyuan DS4054

2. Test items:

Use an arbitrary wave generator to generate automotive electronic standard signals for measurement testing, and use an oscilloscope to check whether the signal is correct.

  • Use function:

The arbitrary waveform function of D G5072 and the high sampling rate and deep memory of DS4054

  • Testing process:

1. Edit the characteristic signals required by customers through Puyuan DG5072 and the host computer software Ultra Station ;

2. Use Puyuan DS4054 to observe the signal and detect the accuracy of the pulse width;

3. After passing, use DG 072 to use the signal as the excitation signal for measuring automotive electronic modules ;

Through the demonstration of Agitek technology, the customer can clearly see that DG5072 has better cost performance while being able to complete the generation of 5 us pulse width signals or even smaller arbitrary waveforms. However, DS4054 has a storage depth of 140M . When observing long-term signals, small pulses cannot be observed without distortion. In the end, the customer decided to purchase bothDG5072andDS4054
