Five highlights of Yuejiang Robotics 2023’s first domestic exhibition!

The 2023 Shenzhen ITES Industrial Exhibition opened grandly on March 29. Yuejiang Robot brought five major industry application solutions and the 20kg large-load CR20A new product to the stage. There were also robot " baristas " and " milk tea masters " making latte art and delicious tea drinks on site. On the first day, the Yuejiang Robot booth was crowded with people, presenting a technological feast of intelligent manufacturing to the audience.

Highlight 1: Human-machine collaboration application solution - relay gluing

This solution shows the working scene of Yuejiang collaborative robot and operator. The uncoated relay is placed on the operating table manually, and then Yuejiang CR3S collaborative robot continues to coat the glue. After completion, the finished product is transferred to the finished product area by manual operation. The manual and robot operate sequentially, with fast coating speed and good finished product quality.

As the relay gluing process operation space is less than 1 square meter, in order to ensure production efficiency and maximize personnel safety, the Yuejiang collaborative robot in this solution is specially configured with a safety skin. When it detects that a person is approaching within 15 cm , the robot stops immediately and automatically resumes operation after the person leaves, ensuring that the production process is efficient and safe.

Highlight 2: Application in the automotive industry - Screw locking for headlights

The YUEJING CR5 collaborative robot is equipped with a screw locking process package, which can accurately lock M 1.0 - M 5.0 screws with a cycle of 2.5s . The torque accuracy error can be controlled within ±5% . It supports multi-angle and multi-posture operations and can quickly complete the locking task of multiple holes in a headlight component, thereby increasing the efficiency of the production line while ensuring the locking yield rate.

Yuejiang's self-developed screw locking process package will increase the overall debugging efficiency by 80% , and the operation process is simplified to three steps: removing screws, locking screws, and uploading data. No programming is required, and the program can be generated with one click to quickly start production, making it easier to get started.

Highlight 3: Metal processing application solution - mobile welding workstation

The mobile welding workstation adopts a highly integrated lightweight design, seamlessly combining the YUJING collaborative robot with welding machines and ecological components. It can be easily driven by one person and is suitable for a variety of welding scenarios.

The workstation is equipped with Yuejiang's self-developed welding process package, which provides simple drag-and-drop teaching and graphical programming. It is easy to get started and can quickly generate various welding programs. Novices can become experienced welders in seconds, shortening the deployment time by 80% . Through simple settings, a variety of swing arc modes such as triangle, spiral, trapezoid, and sine can be achieved. Whether it is carbon steel, stainless steel, copper or aluminum welding, the weld can be kept beautiful and non-deformed.

Highlight 4: Smart retail application solution - double Robotic arm " drawing "

Two YUJING Nova 2 collaborative robots work together to automate the entire process of cupping, coffee making, coffee art, cup delivery, cleaning and disinfection, without human intervention, replicating the latte art skills of professional baristas. The coffee station is flexible and easy to move, occupies a small area, and can be easily deployed in crowded places. The open workbench allows the entire production process to be visible, so you can buy it with confidence.

Nova 2 is a collaborative robot designed by Yuejiang specifically for commercial scenarios. It has a lightweight body design, small size, light weight, multiple safety protections, and supports personalized " skin " customization. It not only has technological strength, but is also a new tool for attracting traffic, opening up unlimited imagination space for smart retail.

Highlight 5: 20kg large-load robot - unlocking new application scenarios

The 20kg large-load YUJING CR20A collaborative robot made its debut. While continuing the CR series' characteristics of safety, efficiency, flexibility and ease of use, its performance has been greatly improved. The 1,700 mm working radius can meet the needs of picking, packaging and palletizing heavy workpieces weighing more than 10 kg in the automotive, home appliance, logistics and other industries , flexible processing of large-size parts, welding of long weld parts and components, and other scenarios.

The on-site palletizing solution composed of CR20A has highly integrated components and can be delivered as a complete set of equipment, plug and play. Yuejiang's self-developed palletizing process package is simple to operate, and the process settings can be easily completed in 4 steps. The solution has a stacking height of 1,800 mm and a cycle of 7 pieces / min.
