Recently, Xiangong Intelligent and an integrator in Hubei officially reached a partnership. The Xiangong Intelligent product portfolio successfully helped the integrator implement the mobile robot latent transportation project in the State Grid Material Center. By improving the efficiency and safety factor of material operation, it realized automated and intelligent operation, helping the State Grid Material Center to improve energy efficiency and truly achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
The integrator mainly serves customers in the fields of machinery, electrical, hydraulic, machine tool control, and material control of the State Grid Testing Center. It has a large number of senior electromechanical engineers and technicians who are engaged in the development, design, modification, installation and commissioning of general machine tools and CNC machine tools, providing customers with one-stop professional and high-quality services and products.
Based on the systematic training and teaching provided by Xiangong Intelligent to its partners, as well as the rich on-site debugging experience of the integrator's internal senior engineers, the overall project progressed efficiently and quickly when the mobile robot handling project of the State Grid Material Center was implemented.
Xiangong Intelligent provided the integrator with a standard product based on the SRC series core controller, the mobile robot SJV-W1000 , and the RDS unified resource scheduling system. Through the Xiangong Intelligent software and hardware product combination, the barriers of mobile robots of various categories and manufacturers in the whole factory were broken, objects were moved autonomously, the flow of personnel was reduced, the labor intensity of employees was greatly reduced, and the accuracy of object delivery was improved .
According to the actual situation and needs of the State Grid Material Center, the integrator identified three key implementation points when implementing the project: first, the mobile robot can achieve heavy weight handling; second, the mobile robot can be quickly deployed without changing the existing environment of the material center; third, to ensure that mobile robots of different categories and manufacturers can work in coordination. Xiangong Intelligence easily helped the integrator solve the above problems through the combination of standard products.
SJV-W1000 and SJV-W3000:
Super strong load, super long battery life
In solving the problem of ultra-large load handling, due to the lack of suitable 3T load-carrying robots, the integrator chose independent manufacturing and successfully manufactured the 3T ultra-large load lifting and handling robot SJV-W3000 based on the Xiangong Intelligent SRC controller.
In addition, Xiangong Intelligent's standard product laser SLAM standard lifting handling robot SJV-W1000 is also used to meet the 1T load transportation needs.
SJV-W1000 and SJV-W3000 can support various shelf identification, easily identify multiple shelves in the material center, and accurately transport objects. At the same time, they contain large-capacity batteries, which can achieve up to 8 hours of uninterrupted battery life to meet the continuous transportation needs of the workshop .
Laser SLAM navigation:
Efficient, precise and highly adaptable
Based on Xiangong Intelligent's self-developed laser SLAM navigation technology, SJV-W1000 and SJV-W3000 can use lasers to quickly build maps and complete map drawing without the need for human input or site modification. The robot can autonomously move through the inspection process section and complete the rapid and accurate handling of pallets.
Even if the on-site production environment changes at a later stage, it can respond flexibly and adjust quickly. The deployment can be completed by laser scanning and mapping again, truly realizing efficient, flexible, trackless autonomous navigation and meeting business upgrade needs.
Laser SLAM navigation not only does not require modification of the on-site environment, shortening the delivery cycle, but also has higher and more accurate navigation accuracy than other navigation methods. Xiangong Intelligence can enable mobile robots to achieve a repeatability accuracy of ± 5mm and a docking accuracy of ± 2mm through optimized algorithms .
RDS: Collaborative planning, intelligent scheduling
At the customer deployment site, as an integrator that integrates mobile robots and smart transporters from multiple manufacturers, how to ensure the coordinated work of these mobile robots of different categories and manufacturers becomes an important issue.
Xiangong Intelligent RDS has become the key to the scheduling of the entire factory. RDS completes the collection of information for the entire process by connecting to the on-site ERP system. Through algorithm analysis, it flexibly coordinates all mobile robots in the factory to perform handling operations, avoiding waste of robot resources and ensuring human and machine safety, thus realizing intelligent and lean production and manufacturing.
