Stacker is one of the most representative equipment in the three-dimensional warehousing system. Stackers are the main lifting and transportation equipment in stereoscopic warehouses and are also the most representative equipment in stereoscopic storage systems. The history of stackers can be traced back to the middle of the last century , when the prototype of stackers using bridge cranes appeared in the United States. In the 1960s, early aisle stackers were born. With the gradual improvement of stackers, the era of stereoscopic storage was officially announced, and human storage space has developed towards three-dimensionality.
Over the past half century, stackers have gone through the eras of manual control, semi-automatic control, fully automatic control and digital control, becoming faster, higher and safer, with better technical performance and higher height. In fact, if not restricted by warehouse buildings and costs, the height of stackers can be even higher. Today, the height of stackers can reach 40 meters . The core reason why stackers are timeless is that they solve the three major problems in the warehousing process, namely: significantly improved space utilization , from flat to high altitude; fully automated operation , effectively saving manpower; the entire process can be traced , effectively facilitating logistics information automation.
Classification of stacker
At present, the mainstream stacker can be divided into the following three categories:
Pallet stacker: ES-P10, a pallet stacker developed and produced by Ange Technology, has a rated load of 1000kg , a standard lifting height of 24m , a horizontal running acceleration of 0.3 m/s² , a maximum horizontal running speed of 120m/min , and a maximum lifting speed of 30m/min .
Container stacker: ES-C05, a container stacker developed and produced by Ange Technology, has a rated load of 50kg , a maximum lifting height of 15m , a horizontal acceleration of 4m /s² , a maximum horizontal speed of 300m/min , and a maximum lifting speed of 180m/min .
Industry-specific stackers: For example, the stackers customized by Ange Technology for the new energy industry use high-temperature resistant, rubber-coated wheels and alloy materials, and are equipped with fire extinguishers and armor devices to meet the factory's needs for high-temperature resistance , dust-free and burr-free , fireproof and explosion-proof .
At the same time, Ange Technology can customize suitable stackers according to the actual needs of customers. Different stackers are adapted to different warehouse heights, cargo weights and efficiency requirements. Customizable models include: ultra-high stackers (40m), ultra-heavy stackers (8000kg) and ultra-high-speed pallet stackers (240m/min).
