1. The EL6752 module has been configured

2. Expand the Bus Structure

”→“KUKA Exnsion Bus (STS-X44)”→“EK1100 EtherCAT Coupler(2A E-Bus)”→“EL6752 DeviceNet Master”→“DeviceNet IO”, double-click “Generic DeviceNet Device”, and the DeviceNet device setting interface pops up.

3. Set parameters③Click "Continue" to automatically analyze the device description file. Then click Finish to import the device description file into the workvisual.

4. Open the input and output signal configuration screen

5. According to the steps in the figure below, associate the Fronius welding I/O signal with the signal. For example, the robot input and output 500 and then associate the signal with the Fronius welding machine.

6. Add Fronius welding machine package

7. Double-click the newly added "Fronius TPS job mode" to set the welding parameters
