Combined with an open system structure, Jiangyin Zhiyunliuxing Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhiliuxing Robot, has developed a complete industrial robot welding process package and intelligent welding solution, forming a complete welding-specific control system platform and a complete welding process package.
In addition to the functions of traditional welding controllers, the intelligent manifold control robot combines the welding needs of multiple batches and small batches of welding workpieces; the welding scenarios where the workpiece size and weight are large, not suitable for tooling and fixture positioning, and the consistency of workpiece incoming materials is poor; it solves the current teaching and reproduction operation of traditional welding, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation for workers.
The complete wizard-style function list in the system greatly simplifies the operational difficulty for process personnel when using offline programming software to plan workpiece welding. It can truly achieve complete consistency in motion planning and task planning between the offline programming platform and the actual factory scene, realizing what you see is what you get and truly meeting the intelligent welding requirements without teaching.
In addition, the system's clear operating functions and the wizard-style list of welding processes allow end customers to easily set robot parameters, welding processes, sensors, and customize new workpieces and processes even if they do not understand robots.
Intelligent welding cloud platform
The intelligent welding workshop of the future will be an intelligent welding collaborative system composed of multiple robots. It will not only cooperate in the product production process, but also have the robots' collaborative cooperation in welding technology. In addition, there is a need to accumulate and optimize the expert database of welding technology, making cloud-based data collection and optimization particularly important and necessary.
The intelligent manifold robot system has reserved a cloud data interface at the beginning of its design, which can customize the data upload of the end controller and edge controller, and complete the establishment and optimization of the process database through the cloud.
Portable robot body calibration system
In addition to traditional welding and intelligent welding functions, Zhiliuxing Robot also provides portable calibration products such as Calibox for welding wire TCP calibration and Calicube for robot absolute accuracy calibration for welding robot manufacturers and end customers, further improving the accuracy and stability of intelligent welding applications based on "hand-eye collaboration".
1. Body accuracy calibration system
It has the following four characteristics:
① Automatically calibrate the tool coordinate system, without manual teaching, and easily complete robot calibration in three steps;
