On the first day of LET 2022, Huarui Technology launched its new autumn product, the fork-type Little King Kong AMR.
The new fork-type AMR uses laser + visual fusion safety detection, which can achieve 360° safe obstacle avoidance and low obstacle detection. The rated load of this new product is 1500kg, which can meet the requirements of picking and placing goods in a 2100mm channel and support 7° climbing requirements. According to the standard intelligent pallet recognition and intelligent scheduling system, the fork-type AMR can also meet the automatic adjustment and docking of pallet deviations of 10° or 10cm, while realizing intelligent cluster scheduling.
According to KUKA AMR's pre-conference spoilers, at the LET 2022 exhibition, the second heavyweight product, the KMP 1500i, was displayed on site following the release of the first localized platform AMR, the KMP 600i, at the end of 2021.
It is understood that KMP 1500i is a heavy-duty AMR that integrates three navigation methods: laser SLAM, QR code navigation, and visual SLAM navigation, with a maximum load of 1.5 tons . In actual operation, KMP 1500i has eight levels of safety protection, can be used in 55% high-dynamic environments, and can meet the needs of heavy-duty material and cargo handling in a variety of industrial manufacturing scenarios.
Following the release of KMP 600i, KUKA AMR also released two new roller transfer AMRs, namely KMP 600i-1-5G-DM and KMP 600i-1-SR. According to the official introduction, the roller transfer AMR is based on the KMP 600i standard mobile chassis and is equipped with a customized roller transfer structure. It can be docked with equipment such as machines, transmission lines or tooling mechanisms to achieve flexible in-plant logistics. This series of robots can be adapted to different carriers such as material boxes, pallets, and trays. The load and docking height can be customized according to on-site needs.
At the exhibition, KUKA AMR also demonstrated the integrated intelligent logistics solution of KMP+ series AMR products + K-MR图片S software platform + external equipment (machines, conveyor lines/tooling mechanisms, etc.). Through the perfect combination of two KMPs and a series of KUKA mobile robot special machines, KUKA mobile robot expert system (K-MR图片S) and roller conveyor lines, and the docking accuracy of roller AMR, customized AMR and conveyor lines is controlled within ±5mm, accurate, efficient and flexible intelligent logistics can be achieved.
