The GR6150-1500 spray robot is not only light and compact, but also has a flexible working space and high waterproof and dustproof performance. The positive pressure explosion-proof design enables it to flexibly cope with various aerosol and dust explosion environments. The paint process control components are closer to the spray gun and react faster, which can achieve precise paint control and save more than 10% of paint costs.
The GR6150-1500 robot is equipped with a self-developed dual-station turntable, which can quickly set up an independent spraying workstation and efficiently complete the cyclic production of various small batch parts, bringing customers a small investment and a large return. The flexible hollow wrist allows the paint pipeline to be built in, without the fear of winding pipes, and the spraying path is more reasonable. It can easily realize the spraying of the inner space of the workpiece, with higher production efficiency. It can be widely used in the automated spraying of small and medium-sized products such as car tail wings, car wheels, brake discs, mobile phone Pad panels, water pumps, motors, etc.
The GR6150-1500 spray robot software supports the latest spray process package. When used with the CAPV automatic spray control system, it can realize brush table management of flow, fan shape, and atomization parameters to ensure high quality and consistency of the spraying effect. At the same time, it seamlessly matches the AxPS automatic programming system to realize visual fully automatic programming of 2D workpieces and simple 3D workpieces, thereby improving the flexibility and intelligence of production.
