If you draw like this, unless V_IEPE is higher than VDD, VDD is the reference output. TLVH432 is similar to TL431 in name. For example, if Vref=1.25V, then VDD is equal to 1.25*3V.

The original poster did not give the complete circuit, so I cut off part of it.

As mentioned above, this part of the reference source circuit, Vref is 1.24V

You can refer to TL431

There should be a "dot" at the intersection pointed by the red arrow in the figure. Otherwise the circuit makes no sense at all.
