If you draw like this, unless V_IEPE is higher than VDD, VDD is the reference output. TLVH432 is similar to TL431 in name. For example, if Vref=1.25V, then VDD is equal to 1.25*3V.

Simple voltage reference.

VDD/1.24 = (R1+R2)/R1 That is:

VDD = 1.24* (R1+R2)/R1.
