Based on the needs of the domestic segmented spraying field, combined with Italy's CMA's nearly 30 years of spraying technology experience and Efort's existing product features, Efort Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has launched a new product - the compact explosion-proof spray robot GR6150-1500.

The products are suitable for spraying applications of small and medium-sized workpieces, covering the automotive parts industry, small industries, furniture industry, motorcycle parts industry, 3C industry, home appliance industry and other spraying industries.

Specifically, the EFORT GR6150-1500 explosion-proof spray robot has distinctive features. It is equipped with a process arm that can integrate spray process control components. It is the only explosion-proof spray robot in its class equipped with a process arm. It is worth mentioning that EFORT's spray robot products use CBB standardized control units and core components, full closed-loop parameter control, matching autonomous AxPS vision system, autonomous spray-specific offline simulation, and have passed China and EU ATEX explosion-proof dual certification and CE certification. It is the first product in China to obtain the EU ATEX explosion-proof certification certificate, and its intelligent spraying solution is leading in China. At the same time, its ultra-flexible welding technology based on multi-AGV scheduling is also a breakthrough.

In a recent institutional survey, EFORT stated that the company has a full range of robots covering different loads from 3kg to 210kg, which can meet the application needs of different scenarios in various industries such as 3C, new energy, automobiles, furniture, and food, such as: handling, loading and unloading, stacking, polishing, grinding, spraying, assembly, etc. Among them, shipments of 3C and new energy account for 49% of the total robot sales.

In terms of the progress in the autonomy of parts, in terms of controllers: In 2017, after Efort invested in ROBOX, it absorbed overseas technology and independently developed controllers. As of the end of 2021, Efort's controller autonomy rate reached 78%. In terms of aspects: At present, except for some areas with particularly high reliability requirements, the rest of the fields have cooperation with manufacturers such as Aoyi, Green, and Shuanghuan, and the localization rate has been greatly improved, of which the autonomy rate has reached 37.62%. In terms of drivers: Compared with other core components, the driver introduction cycle is shorter, and due to the influence of chips, the promotion plan is delayed accordingly. Efort will continue to promote the implementation of autonomous drivers in the later stage.

In terms of hardware improvement, in 2015, EFORT successfully acquired CMA spray robot company and established Wuhu Ximei Company in Wuhu to digest and absorb relevant technologies, produce spray robots in China and provide spray solutions for general industries, involving application areas including: furniture, containers, rail transit, etc. The cooperation between EFORT and CMA is a relatively successful case of technology digestion and absorption, and the relevant technology is at the leading level in China. At the same time, the company produces CMA spray robots in China and sells them to the European market.

In 2016, the company successfully acquired EVOLUT and established a subsidiary in China, introducing related process technologies: metal grinding, removal, inspection, assembly, loading and unloading complex multi-scene connection solutions, ALIEN visual system, offline programming and virtual debugging technology, etc. It transformed and absorbed related technologies and developed many industry lighthouse customers.

Driven by new development momentum and trends such as carbon neutrality, manufacturing transformation and upgrading, new infrastructure, and automotive electrification, the industry has entered a new stage of rapid development since 2020. According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, the cumulative output of industrial robots in China in 2021 was 366,000 sets, a year-on-year increase of 44.9%. Against the backdrop of my country's huge manufacturing industry and the gradual reduction of industrial workers, the robot market has a large room for development. The automotive industry is still the largest market for industrial robots, but with the commercial application of new technologies such as cloud technology, artificial intelligence, and technology, general industry will become a blue ocean market.
