Recently, Haisoft Innovations' HAIPICK A42 box-type storage robot successfully passed the MTBF 5000- hour evaluation of the Shanghai Institute of Robotics and obtained the first MTBF 5000- hour reliability certificate in the ACR (box-type storage robot) field .

This certification objectively reflects the product leadership of Hai Robotics, and also provides strong quality support and confidence assurance for customers to choose and use Hai Robotics ACR systems.
This MTBF certification test is mainly for the responsible faults of the HAIPICK A42 box-type storage robot, and does not include non-responsible faults caused by the ground, cargo box and other dependent environments. During the test, 37 robots continued to run 24 hours a day, and accumulated 49,728 hours of continuous operation . Through the analysis and verification of key information such as the number of robot pick-up and release times, chassis travel distance, chassis rotation times, fork lifting distance, and charging and discharging times accurately recorded in the background: The HAIPICK A42 robot passed the MTBF5000- hour certification target, and the actual test result was MTBF7440 hours, which is equivalent to the robot running stably and without failure for more than 310 consecutive days.
