Notice for Participants
1. The registration time for the annual meeting is 8:00 a.m. on August 3-4, and the venue is the Hyatt Ballroom of Shenzhen Airport Hyatt Hotel
2. Certificate Collection: Guests are requested to collect their certificates at the front desk of Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Bao'an Airport Lobby Hotel during the registration time. Guests are required to present the check-in QR code and business card sent by the organizer.
(The sign-in QR code is the only proof for check-in procedures, please keep it properly and do not disclose it to others at will)
3. Rules for using certificates: During the meeting, participants must wear their certificates to enter and exit the venue, and they may not lend their certificates to others.
4. Please mute your phone when entering the venue and turn off the flash mode when taking photos.
5. Tea and snacks will be provided during the tea break
6. Smoking is prohibited at all times during the meeting
7. Advertising is prohibited during the entire conference
