On July 20, Hanchuan Intelligence issued the "Announcement on the Acceptance of the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Application for Issuance of A-Shares to Specific Objects in 2022", marking another major progress in Hanchuan Intelligence's private placement.

The total amount of funds raised by Hanchuan Intelligent through the issuance of shares to specific objects will not exceed 1 billion yuan, which will be used for the production and construction of intelligent battery exchange equipment, the production and construction of intelligent electric vehicle parts and intelligent equipment projects, and to supplement working capital.

Among them, the total investment of the intelligent electric automobile parts intelligent equipment production construction project is 216.2719 million yuan, and it is planned to use 155 million yuan of raised funds. The project will effectively improve the company's production capacity of intelligent equipment products for automobile parts. After completion and production, it will add 12 sets of flat wire motor stator assembly automation solutions and 120 sets of pulse strong magnetic field welding machines.
