1. The technical and financial barriers to upstream parts and equipment production are relatively low, and the main industry barriers lie in midstream R&D and manufacturing capital investment and process design capabilities.

2. Due to the extremely high initial investment and low profits, the product's current production capacity is limited and in short supply in the market. Both companies and customers are in urgent need of a large amount of funds to complete production.

3. Hair-Pin and X-Pin research and development and production are the future development direction. For solutions under development in the short term, welding technology is very important in the short term, but once S-wind is successfully developed, there will no longer be a strong demand.
