Yuanchuang Intelligent Control YC8000-FP is an economical Ethernet communication processor designed to meet the increasing needs of factory equipment informatization (equipment network monitoring and production management). It is used for Ethernet data acquisition of Panasonic FP-XH, FP-X, FP-X0, FP0, FP0R, FP2SH and other series of PLCs, which is very convenient for building a production management system.
Yuanchuang Intelligent Control YC8000-FP adopts modular design and does not occupy the PLC programming port. That is, while the programming software/host computer software monitors the PLC data through Ethernet, the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface X2.
2. When you get the YC8000-FP product for the first time, you can complete the initial test of the product by following the steps below.
Power on and observe the indicator light
Power on the Panasonic FP series PLC, connect the communication line connected to the PLC to the COM1 port, the red Pwr power indicator will immediately light up, if the network cable is connected, the green LINK light will light up, at this time if the COM1 port communication is normal, the green COM1 serial port indicator will flash within a few seconds, connect the communication line connected to the touch screen to the COM2 port, if the COM2 port communication is normal, the COM2 serial port indicator will flash within a few seconds.
Connect to a computer and view web pages
Use an Ethernet cable (either a crossover or straight cable) to connect the computer network card to the RJ45 port of the YC8000-FP, and observe the green Link
The Link indicator should be on. If the Link indicator is on, it means that the YC8000-FP has established an Ethernet connection.
If the computer has a wireless network card enabled, please disable the wireless network card (this may affect the communication of the wired network card in some cases). Set the IP of the computer's local network card to 192.168.1.100. As shown in the figure below:
3. Run Internet Explorer on the computer, enter 192.168.1.178 (this is the factory IP address of YC8000-FP) in the address bar, and then press Enter. The browser should be able to display the internal web page of YC8000-FP.

8. PLC side (COM1) -> Total communication requests: the number of all communication requests sent to PLC; Number of correct responses: the number of correct responses of PLC to these requests; Number of error responses: the number of error responses issued by PLC;
HMI side (COM2) -> Total communication requests: the number of all communication requests sent to the touch screen; Number of correct responses: the number of correct responses of the touch screen to these requests; Number of error responses: the number of error responses issued by the touch screen;
Ethernet (TCP/IP) -> Total communication requests: the number of all communication requests sent to the computer; Number of correct responses: the number of correct responses from the computer to these requests; Number of error responses: the number of error responses from the computer;
TCP connection number: S7TCP client connection number, including TCP/IP communication of programming software, KingView, etc.; Run time: Run time after YC8000-FP is powered on
Last internal fault: System fault of YC8000-FP, which should not occur under normal circumstances;
