Wutong Bolian provides an intelligent remote monitoring and maintenance system for equipment based on industrial intelligent gateways. 1. Equipment data collection
The gateway collects data from monitoring equipment. 2. Equipment failure management
Real-time fault alarm on site; real-time viewing and historical query of equipment faults; early warning can be generated by setting the upper and lower limits and change rate of analog quantities. The alarm information should include equipment attributes, alarm time, processing progress, processing personnel and other information.
3. Remote diagnosis of equipment
Through fault information, screen information and warning information, the status and operating values of related variables when the fault occurs can be traced. At the same time, combined with configuration screens and visual charts, it can help monitoring personnel perform remote fault diagnosis and analysis.
4. Remote maintenance of equipment
Engineers can perform remote programming and debugging and remote program upload and download on remote PLC equipment, quickly resolve faults and restore equipment operation, minimize fault downtime, and provide comprehensive after-sales service.
