1. First, create a new project and add the master device in the CanOpen to Profinet gateway configuration software, as shown below;
2. In the CanOpen to Profinet gateway device, click to import the EA180C CANOPEN bus servo EDS file, and right-click to add a slave device;
3. Set the station address of the device, as shown in the figure;
4. Set the channel offset. This offset is the relative position of each sub-index in the PLC, as shown in the figure below;
5. Set the transmission mode of TPDO and RPDO to periodic synchronization in the CanOpen to Profinet gateway software (if the default event trigger is used, the inverter will lose data), as shown in the figure below;
6. Set the synchronization period. You can set the appropriate value according to actual needs, as shown in the figure below;
7. Confirm the configuration index order and offset, and the second station channel offset order is accumulated, as shown below;
8. Set the CanOpen to Profinet gateway device name and CanOpen to Profinet gateway IP address (Note: must be consistent with the TIA Portal settings);
9. Please install the GSD file before configuring the TIA Portal.
10. Each slave station corresponds to 4DWORD (16 bytes) input and 4DWORD (16 bytes) output. Then according to the configuration software pdo parameter of 12 bytes, the corresponding monitoring table corresponds to the following relationship;
11. Finally, after the configuration is completed, click Project, click Generate, then set the communication serial port, select the correct TCP port, and download;
12. Double-click the display bar with IP address and MAC address and return to the prompt to click Confirm. According to the TPDO and RPDO on the configuration software, send and receive instructions in the Botu configuration monitoring table;
