On May 6, according to Taiwanese media Benchlife.info, Intel Arrow Lake-S (Core Ultra 200 desktop version) processors will include 13 SKUs, with only three levels of models: Ultra 9/7/5.

Combined with previous news, the relevant CPU information is sorted out as follows:

Core Ultra 9 200 series

  • The design includes 8 performance cores + 16 energy-efficient cores (24 cores and 24 threads), including a 125W version (i.e., an "unlocked" version) and a 65W version (i.e., a standard version without a suffix), which are expected to be named Ultra 9 285K and Ultra 9 275 respectively.

Core Ultra 7 200 series

  • The design includes 8 performance cores + 12 energy-efficient cores (20 cores and 20 threads), including a 125W version and a 65W version, which are expected to be named Ultra 7 265K and Ultra 7 255 respectively.

Core Ultra 5 200 series

  • 6 performance cores + 8 energy-efficient cores (14 cores and 14 threads) design, including 125W version (expected to be named Ultra 5 245K) and 65W version;

  • 6 performance cores + 4 energy-efficiency cores (10 cores and 10 threads) design, including a 65W version.

The report pointed out that a total of 8 products of Core Ultra 200 desktop processors are planned at the 125W and 65W levels (it is not clear whether the Ultra 5 240F variant is included);

Five processors are also planned at the 35W power consumption level (i.e. the original "-T" low-power version), bringing the total number to 13.

At the same time, this report further confirms the view of the source @xinoassassin1 that Intel will use Ultra 5 as the entry-level of Arrow Lake-S and will not launch the Ultra 3 model.

The Core Ultra 200 desktop processor will use the LGA 1851 socket and be paired with a new 800 series motherboard. It will only support DDR5 memory, and the native support frequency of DDR5 will be increased to 6400MT/s.
