Anti-fatigue warning system: automotive safety technology upgraded again
The anti-fatigue warning system is another masterpiece of BYD, and the automobile safety technology has been upgraded. The "anti-fatigue warning system" is based on the driver's physiological image response, using the driver's facial features, eye signals, head movement, etc. to infer the driver's fatigue state, and then issue an alarm and take corresponding measures. At the same time, it has a strong anti-interference ability to the environment, providing active and intelligent safety protection for the driver's driving safety.
The system is mainly composed of two modules: camera and ECU. The camera module is mainly composed of lens, CMOS image sensor, near-infrared LED light, image signal acquisition circuit and power supply circuit. The CMOS image sensor converts the light signal passing through the lens into an electrical signal, captures the driver's head and shoulder posture in real time, and transmits the signal to the ECU for processing through a connecting line. The near-infrared LED light is lit when necessary to provide fill light, so that the system can work normally both during the day and at night. In addition: the ECU module is mainly composed of a video decoding circuit, an operation unit, a fatigue detection and alarm signal output unit, and a buzzer. The video decoding circuit receives the video image signal sent by the camera module, and after decoding, it is sent to the operation unit for processing. If it is found through calculation that the driver is at a certain level of fatigue, the alarm unit drives the buzzer to alarm.
