6. Xuanyuan Intelligent Driving will focus on displaying four in-vehicle infrared intelligent driving related products
At this Beijing Auto Show, Xuanyuan Zhijia, a provider of overall intelligent and safe driving solutions, will focus on showcasing four products:
P302B. This is an automotive-grade infrared thermal imaging product launched by Xuanyuan Intelligent Driving for the special equipment and modification market. It can achieve a high-definition resolution of 640x512 and can sense effective targets within a range of up to 400 meters. With the algorithm box, it can accurately identify pedestrians, vehicles, animals and other objects and issue collision warnings.
U301B. This product is the earliest infrared thermal imaging product installed in passenger cars. Even in complex environments such as strong light glare, night, rain and snow, it can accurately identify targets such as vehicles and provide safety warnings. This product was first used in the Dongfeng Mengshi 917 model. Since mass production and delivery, nearly 10,000 units have been delivered.

The new generation of infrared sensing products U302. As a high-performance automotive-grade infrared thermal imaging product for the ADAS pre-installed mass production market, it adopts an automatic shutter compensation strategy, is small in size, and has a more flexible layout. It can be widely used in advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving systems, ensuring a safer intelligent driving experience.
IR FUSION dual-light fusion. This is a new generation of visual expansion technology, which combines the characteristics of visible light pixels and infrared strong tolerance to harsh environments. It can simultaneously meet the intelligent switching of good light or complex light and low-light scenes, achieve full scene coverage, and allow visual perception to be upgraded and evolved.
7. Magneti Marelli will exhibit the regional controller developed in cooperation with Infineon
At this auto show, Magneti Marelli will exhibit the latest zone control unit developed in cooperation with Infineon.
It is reported that Magneti Marelli’s latest zone controller is an electronic control unit that can be installed in specific areas of the vehicle and manage various functions. The zone controller integrates electronic control units (ECUs) in multiple fields including lighting, body, audio, power distribution, drive, thermal management, chassis control and vehicle diagnostics.

Magneti Marelli said that these solutions, combined with service-oriented software and cloud virtualization, open a new era of vehicle customization and personalization. By decoupling hardware and software, Magneti Marelli regional control units provide flexibility, scalability, and compatibility with any OEM architecture, while also reducing hardware complexity and cost.
In addition, the latest Magneti Marelli regional controller also uses Infineon's AURIX™ TC4x microcontroller. The special data routing engine (DRE) in Infineon's AURIX™ microcontroller ensures extremely low latency when connecting CAN and Ethernet, which enables the regional control unit to integrate many electronic computing units into a single hardware. This integration does not only not affect performance, but also provides a robust foundation for the centralized architecture.
In addition, Infineon's microcontrollers support hardware virtualization, another key element of the next-generation regional architecture, which can run multiple virtual machines simultaneously in a regional control unit, thereby enabling the parallel operation of applications in different domains and different functional safety levels.
8. Renxin Technology: R-LinC, the first high-performance automotive SerDes chip
Future Black Technology At this auto show, Renxin Technology, an in-vehicle communication chip company, will bring its first 16Gbps in-vehicle high-performance in-vehicle SerDes chip R-LinC to the show. It is reported that the chip is high-speed, stable and flexible, and can achieve full coverage of intelligent driving and cockpit vision application scenarios.
Specifically, R-LinC adopts the forward-looking binocular 8MP single-add serial device solution, the domain control deserialization 6-in-1 solution, the intelligent driving super vision 5V solution, the intelligent driving full vision solution (11V+2V), the cabin-driving integrated solution (13V), the driving-parking integrated solution (5V+2V), the multi-channel 8MP single deserializer solution, and the cockpit vision solution (6V). The 8 major application scenarios create a "high-speed" communication train for the chip era for intelligent driving vision.
9. Samsung Semiconductor participated in the Beijing Auto Show for the first time and set up three exhibition areas
Samsung Electronics Semiconductor's Chinese official website shows that Samsung Electronics Semiconductor will participate in the Beijing Auto Show for the first time. It is reported that Samsung Electronics plans to divide the exhibition area into three major areas, including memory, system LSI, and foundry, to display the latest products for advanced driver assistance systems and in-vehicle infotainment. Samsung Electronics is expected to exhibit products such as LPDDR5X DRAM supporting up to 10.7Gbps, seventh-generation graphics double data rate memory (GDDR7), AutoSSD (in-vehicle solid-state drive) and universal flash 3.1 memory in the memory exhibition area.

Among them, the LPDD5X memory speed reaches 10.7Gbps. According to Samsung, the new LPDDR5X memory will be built based on the 12nm process, which is 25% higher than the previous generation and 30% higher in capacity. The more advanced packaging technology can increase the memory packaging capacity to 32GB.
In terms of AutoSSD and UFS 3.1 flash memory, the maximum capacity reaches 1TB, which can bring higher transmission speeds than UFS 3.0. The maximum transmission speed of 1200MB/s can meet the high-speed transmission of smart car data, while also bringing lower latency. In the future, UFS 3.1 flash memory can also meet the data transmission needs of 5G devices.
In addition, there are many more companies related to the field of intelligent driving, such as Seyond, NavInfo, CoreDrive, DJI, Magic Vision, WeRide, Huawei, StarDrive Technology, etc., which will also bring the latest generation of products and technologies to the Beijing Auto Show to show off their "muscles". Let us wait and see.
