Cailian News reported on January 26 that Korean media quoted industry sources as saying that Tesla is developing the next-generation hardware - HW4.0 autonomous driving hardware to achieve 4D FSD (four-dimensional fully autonomous driving) functions. The Tesla team is working hard to switch to a more complex AI framework to improve the automatic navigation function. For this purpose, Tesla is working with Samsung to develop 5-nanometer chips , and Samsung is currently supplying Tesla with 14-nanometer chips.
