According to foreign media reports, Apple recently applied for a patent related to the car's autonomous navigation system at the US Patent and Trademark Office.

In some cases, automatic navigation can be achieved through an autonomous navigation system (ANS). It is reported that as long as the vehicle drives along a route in real time, the system can process and respond to various elements of the external environment, such as static characteristics (such as lanes, road signs) and dynamic characteristics (such as the position of other vehicles on the route, the current position of pedestrians, current environmental conditions, road obstacles, etc.), thereby replicating the real-time processing and driving capabilities of humans.

In addition, autonomous navigation also includes navigating the vehicle based on the detection of one or more traffic participants in the environment. In some cases, ANS can also generate control commands related to various control elements of the vehicle to allow the vehicle to automatically follow the driving path. Even more, ANS can generate a driving path based on static and dynamic elements of the external environment.
