We will carry out special actions to strengthen the province's manufacturing investment. We will launch a "leading" plan for advanced manufacturing investment and implement a number of major industrial projects with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan. We will accelerate the construction of "first industry" vehicle projects, drive the implementation of a number of parts projects, and launch major application demonstration projects for the integration and interaction of new energy vehicles and power grids . We will accelerate the construction of advanced photovoltaic and new energy storage industry clusters . We will tackle key technologies in the field of integrated circuits and support major projects such as dynamic storage chips. We will promote the construction of industrial clusters such as high-end medical devices and modern Chinese medicine. We will cultivate and develop future industries such as aerospace information, quantum technology, and general intelligence, and start the construction of future industry pilot zones. We will promote large-scale equipment upgrades and implement 1,200 key technical transformation projects with a total investment of more than 100 million yuan. We will promote the "smart transformation, digital transformation, and networking" work in stages, add 35,000 new manufacturing enterprises to digital applications, and create 100 typical demonstration projects. We will cultivate 100 provincial green factories and create a number of zero-carbon parks and zero-carbon factories. We will issue guiding opinions on promoting the development of strategic emerging industry integration clusters and accelerating the formation of new quality productivity. We will strive to complete a physical workload of 650 billion yuan by 2024.
We will carry out special actions for energy investment. We will comprehensively promote the construction of supporting power supply projects, complete and put into operation the second phase of the Lixin Banji Power Plant, the Hefei and Chuzhou natural gas peaking power plants and other projects, and start the construction of the Shaanxi-Anhui ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project and the Sichuan-Eastern Gas Transmission Line 2 (Anhui section) . We will accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of energy, promote the construction of source-grid-load-storage integrated projects , launch the implementation of the photovoltaic full coverage action on the roofs of suitable buildings in the park, the wind power rural revitalization project, expand the scale of new energy storage power stations, and accelerate the construction of pumped storage projects in Tongcheng and Ningguo. We will implement the "three reforms and linkage" of coal-fired power units and vigorously promote the intelligent construction of coal mines. We will strive to complete 97 billion yuan of physical workload by 2024.
