Different from traditional grid-following energy storage, grid-building energy storage can actively identify the grid situation and more precisely and actively smooth out grid fluctuations. Solving the power outage problem: quickly restoring power
In addition to voltage, frequency regulation and inertia support issues, network construction technology can also help solve the problem of power outages caused by extreme environments. The Weizhou Energy Storage Power Station is the first in China to actually use the energy storage black start function, which can restart the gas generator and quickly restore power supply in the event of a power outage.
At present, network construction technology is in the early stages of development. However, facing the future high-proportion access of new energy, deep collaboration among multiple entities on the power generation side, the power grid side, and the user side, and the new ecology of coordinated development of "source, grid, load and storage", network construction technology is an important boost to the construction of high-quality power grids.
